Refund Policy

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment in full is due 45 days before the trip departure date. If you wish to may payments, please contact letsgodiving.2023@gmail.com to negotiate payment terms. There are no refunds on trips (if no replacement can be found.
ROOMS/OTHER FEES: Room selection is on a first come first serve basis. If you are a traveler paying the double occupancy rate, and unable to find a roommate, a single supplement fee may apply. Other than what is listed above, no other costs are included. Let's Go Diving will not be collecting payment for any other part of your trip. There are out-of-pocket fees, like taxes and tips.
FLIGHT DETAILS: Let's Go Diving does not book flights as most people want to take charge of this and collect the flight miles for themselves or use miles for their airfare.
TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel, all money is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your vacated spot at the full purchase price. Let's Go Diving will then credit your refund minus a per person $400 non-refundable/cancellation fee. If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited.
Let's Go Diving reserves the right to cancel the trip up to 30 days prior to departure. There is a minimum of 6 travelers (excluding trip leader) required for a trip to run. In the event Let's Go Diving cancels the trip, we will either refund your money paid or move you to another trip, your choice.
PASSPORTS: You must have a valid passport that does not expire 6 months prior to our return date. US passport information can be found USA.gov/passport.
LIABILITY RELEASE: Every person who reserves a spot on a trip through Let's Go Diving must sign a Trip Release of Liability Form before being allowed on the trip.
DIVE ACCIDENT INSURANCE: We highly recommend having dive accident insurance through DAN.org

TRIP INSURANCE: Trip insurance is always a good idea for the unforeseen circumstances. Let's Go Diving does not sell travel insurance. Here are a couple recommendations: DiveAssure or DAN.org
OTHER: Let's Go Diving acts only as an organizer and expeditor of dive travel, for the sole purpose of offering a service to Let's Go Diving Customers. Let's Go Diving does not sell dive accident insurance, nor do we sell trip cancellation and interruption insurance, nor are we licensed travel agents. We may solicit the assistance of licensed, reputable, travel and insurance agents to assist us on your behalf.
